Owners Dale & Steve

At Single Source Home Services, our mission is to provide value and peace of mind to our customers by offering them a single source to select honest, professional and reliable home related service companies. It is also our mission to promote and reward local companies that have ethical and responsible business practices by awarding them referrals. Ultimately, by bringing homeowners and service companies together, we hope to build relationships that will benefit all parties.

Experience

Our two founders have over 60 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction.  Steve has been a real estate developer for over 28 years developing and constructing residential and commercial properties.  Dale has been a licensed architect for 38 years and has designed and constructed numerous residential and commercial projects over the years.  They know good work from bad.

 We select the contractors based upon their extended track record and their ethical business practices—they don't select us.
 
Unique Referral Service

We are a unique referral service in that we don't have any financial obligations to our contractors.  This leaves us free to select only the few contractors we feel are the most qualified in each service category.
